When you say that QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2024 is no longer offered, I thought that is the version we have. We no longer need support, just to be able to access what’s there. If that is not possible, then I have misunderstood.

Keep safe and have a great rest of the day. Your version is outdated and they have disabled the feature to send forms (e.g invoices) by email. I have updated to R17_19 QB and still having same problem – cannot send customer invoice email because cannot login Intuit ID.
