U.S Visa process :If you need an unexpected visit according to one of the criteria listed below, you may be eligible for an early appointment based on availability at the US Embassy.
Qualification
Before applying for an expedited appointment, you should schedule an appointment through the usual appointment process and make sure you have the paperwork to confirm that urgency. If you have not already made an appointment online, your request for an emergency appointment will not be accepted.
If you are found to have misrepresented the reason for your urgent visit during the visa interview, this fact will be noted in your case file, and may adversely affect the outcome of your visa application. All applicants requesting an early appointment are required to pay a visa fee in advance for a previous visa appointment.U.S Visa
Applicants who received an early appointment but were later denied a visa at the US Embassy will not be able to use this option to get another early appointment for the same travel purpose.
Note: Attending weddings and graduation ceremonies, assisting pregnant relatives, attending an annual business / vocational / educational conference, or traveling for the purpose of enjoying last minute tourism are not eligible for an early appointment.U.S Visa

Medical requirement
The purpose of the trip is to receive emergency medical care, or to accompany a relative or employer for emergency medical care.
Document Required
- A letter from your doctor explaining your health condition and why you are seeking medical care in the United States.
- A letter written by a doctor or hospital in the United States stating that they are willing to treat the patient and the estimated cost of treatment.
- Proof of how you pay for your treatment.
Funeral / Death
The purpose of the visit is to attend the funeral or to arrange for the repatriation of the body of a close family member (mother, father, brother, sister, child) in the United States.
Documents required:
A letter from the funeral director giving contact information, details of the deceased and the date of the funeral.

Casual business trip
The purpose of the trip is to attend an emergency business event in which the need for the trip cannot be predicted in advance.
Documents required:
An invitation letter from a company compliant to the United States stating the contingency of the planned visit, describing the nature of the business and stating that the US or local company would miss out on a significant opportunity if an early appointment was not available.U.S Visa

Evidence of a required training program in the United States for a period of three months or less should include letters from both the local employer and the US company providing the training.
Both letters should include details of the training and explain why the US or local companies would miss out on important opportunities if an early appointment is not available.
Student or exchange visitor
The purpose of the visit is to initiate or resume a valid study program in the United States within 60 days of the former visa appointment not being available. This option is limited to students and exchange students within 60 days from the start date.
Documents required:
Original Form I-20 or Form DS-2019 indicating program start date within 60 days
Proof that you paid the SEVIS fee (if applicable).
Deprived of Electronic System for Travel Order (ESTA)
You are a citizen of a visa waiver program partner but you have now been notified that you are eligible to travel to the United States under that program
You can request an expedited visa. Such travelers include those who are dual citizens of Iraq, Iran, Sudan or Syria, or those who are traveling to Iraq.
Sudan, Syria, Libya, Yemen or Somalia after March 1, 2011. Your trip should be close to qualifying for an accelerated appointment. Please include the date and purpose of your request.

Step 1: Complete the Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application (S-160) form.
Step 2 :Pay the visa application fee.
