A ‘tree house’ was built two months ago at the Unayachaur Bhagwati Temple in Unayachaur, the confluence of Resunga Municipality Ward Nos. 5, 6 and 7. There is a rush of internal and external tourists to enjoy this house. This naturally built house has attracted the attention of tourists. Arriving there, it seems that the photographers are busy.

Gyan Hari Acharya of Chitwan, who came to visit Tamghas, said that he saw a unique place after visiting the tree house. “I heard there was such a place,” he said. He said that it would help the locals in earning income. He also suggested the local government to take care of its sustainability and protection.

Herolu of Unayachaur Khadga Bhagwati Nagar Udyan Samiti and local Ghanshyam Panthi said that more tourists come to visit on the day of the holiday. He informed that tickets worth Rs. 70,000 have been sold in a period of two months. The fee for tree climbing is Rs 20 per person and Rs 10 for students. Various associations, institutions, offices or any body can hold their regular meetings on the tree. About 20 people can climb a tree at a time. The collected amount has been saved by the temple management committee.

The Division Forest Office Gulmi has constructed the park with an investment of Rs. 1.3 million with the investment of five state governments. The garden committee plans to decorate a children’s park and other trees in the 50-ropani area. There is a large field nearby. The big games of the city area can be conducted in this ground. From the tree house, the tourist pilgrimage site Resunga and the district headquarters Tamghas can be captured at close range. It can be reached at a distance of about seven kilometers from Tamghas Bazaar. So far, more than 12,000 tourists have visited the area, according to the committee.

Mayor Dilliraj Bhushal informed that Resunga Municipality has taken initiative to bring in the budget. He said that preparations are underway to make it more attractive by allocating additional budget in the current fiscal year. He said plans have been made for additional structures. It is believed that the tree house will play an important role in the economic development of Resunga Municipality.
