How it works
NEB grades: 90–100 A+ (4.0), 80–89 A (3.6), 70–79 B+ (3.2), 60–69 B (2.8), 50–59 C+ (2.4), 40–49 C (2.0), 35–39 D (1.6), below 35 NG (0).
A subject is NG when theory is below 35% or practical/internal is below 40%. GPA = sum of (grade point × credit hours) ÷ total credit hours. Change credit hours and full marks to match your marksheet. This is an estimate; your official marksheet is final.
Frequently asked questions
What is NG?
NG (Not Graded) means the subject is not cleared: theory below 35% or practical/internal below 40%. It can be improved in the grade increment (supplementary) exam.
Is GPA a simple average?
No. Each subject's grade point is multiplied by its credit hours, so subjects with more credit hours count more.
