How it works
Encode uses encodeURIComponent, which turns spaces, symbols and Nepali letters into %XX codes. Decode reverses it and tells you if the text contains a broken % sequence.

Why does a Nepali URL look like %E0%A4…?
Browsers send non-English characters as UTF-8 bytes in %XX form. Decode shows the real text.
