Remote work also allows companies to hire skilled people from other districts or countries, which widens the talent pool.

However, there are real drawbacks. Some workers feel isolated without colleagues around them, and it can be difficult to separate work from home life. In addition, poor internet connections or power cuts can interrupt meetings and reduce productivity.

These problems can largely be solved. Regular online meetings and occasional office days help teams stay connected, while clear working hours protect personal time. Reliable equipment and backup internet reduce technical issues.

In conclusion, although working from home brings challenges, its benefits for flexibility, cost and access to talent are greater, especially when sensible rules are in place.
