A beautiful and excellent view tower of Nepal is to be constructed in Limchungbung village municipality of Udayapur. The village municipality is going to build Everest View Tower to make Limchungbung a tourist area by attracting internal and external tourists. The design of the 72 feet high tower to be built on Dobate Danda of the village municipality has been prepared and 3D video has also been prepared.
A 3D map of the ‘Everest View Tower’ to be built by the Limchungbung Municipality, which can be seen from eight mountains including Mount Everest, has been prepared. The Everest View Tower will be 72 feet high. A 16 feet high chindo (wabu) will be placed at the top of the watchtower.
The work of it has been started by Limchungbung Municipality to be completed within four years. The Tower is being constructed to make Limchungbung a tourist area by attracting internal and external tourism. It will be 72 feet high. The pinnacle of Kirati civilization will be built on the top of the tower and will be ‘binocular. The design of the tower has been completed. The cost is estimated at Rs 100 million.
From the 72 feet high view tower, 50 people will be able to see eight mountains including Sagarmatha, Numbur, Mahalangur, Gaurishankar and Jugal in the north. Looking to the south, you can see the lush plains of the Terai. You can also see the scenery to the east and west.
From the tower, various mountains including Mount Everest in Eastern Nepal can be seen simultaneously. More than 8 mountains including Everest, Numbur, Mahalangur, Gaurishankar and Jugal can be observed. Chindo Vabu, which reflects Kirati civilization, will be placed at the top of the tower. Similarly, Limchungbung Park, Children’s Park, Resort and Tourist Information Center and Homestay will be run .
Limchungbung Park will be constructed in an area of 200 ropanis along with the watchtower. A ‘Children’s Park’, a resort and a tourist information center will be set up within the modern grand park. Homestay will be conducted. Halesi, Tuvachung, Okhaldhunga and Solukhumbu of Khotang can be reached through the upcoming Tower and Limchung Park.
The Everest View Tower at Limchungbung Park has been designed by Bikram Shree, a connoisseur of the tourist area and a beauty expert, and Mithumahalari from Assam, India.
The village municipality has informed that it is going to build Everest View Tower with state-of-the-art service facility including Limchungbung Park. Bhim Rai, Ward Chairman of Limchungbung Village Municipality-1, informed that the construction of a short distance road connecting Halesi of Khotang via Limchungbung has also started.
The world’s highest peak, Mount Everest, Kanchenjunga, Lotse, Makalu, Choyu, Charpate and Gauri Shankar Jugal Himal can be seen from Dobate Danda, which will become the Everest View Tower. Here you can see the snow range from September to June.
According to Chairman Rai, from the watchtower in Limchungbung Park, one can observe the Himalayas in the north, the Terai region in the south and India.
