Hot Air Balloon in Nepal ,By flying in a hot air balloon, you can now enjoy the beautiful scenery of Pokhara without being a tourist. Balloon Pvt. Ltd. Nepal, Kathmandu is making a name for itself in the field of tourism in Nepal. The flight will start from Saturday morning, said Praveen Maharjan. “The first flight will start from Pokhara’s lakeside tomorrow at 9 am. We have two balloons. In the first phase, we will fly only one, one can carry eight people at a time,” he said.
He said that the flight is being started with the objective of making Pokhara a center of sports tourism along with tourism. The balloon will take off from Dhampus in Pokhara and land on the banks of Mardi River without being a tourist attraction. A statement issued by Balloon Pvt. Ltd. Nepal said that 25 people will be employed in this business.

The airline has already purchased balloons for the flight from Spain’s Ultramagic Balloon Company. Necessary infrastructure work is being carried out for the game and trained balloon pilots have been brought from India to make the flight safe. Maharjan informed that training for pilot production will be started in Nepal in the near future.
The airline will fly eight tourists at a time, charging Rs 11,000 per person for Nepali tourists and per person $160 for foreign tourists. The practice is believed to attract more tourists through adventure sports, which is the economic backbone of Nepal. According to the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, the adventure sport will be launched with permission from the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal since November.
