Maintaining good health during the Dashain and Tihar festival is crucial, especially amidst the feasting. Here are some essential tips to follow:

Balanced Diet: Indulge in the festive delicacies but maintain a balanced diet. Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins in your meals. This will provide essential nutrients and keep your energy levels up.

Stay Hydrated: With the festivities, it’s easy to forget to drink enough water. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, herbal teas, and fresh fruit juices. Proper hydration supports overall health and helps your body function optimally.

Mindful Eating: Practice mindful eating. Chew your food slowly and savor each bite. This not only aids digestion but also helps you recognize when you are full, preventing overeating.

Regular Exercise: Amidst celebrations during Dashain and Tihar, don’t forget to exercise. Whether it’s a brisk walk, yoga, or any physical activity you enjoy, regular exercise is vital for your overall well-being.

Adequate Rest: Ensure you get enough sleep. Rest is crucial for your body to rejuvenate and heal. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep every night.

Stress Management: Festivals can be stressful with various responsibilities. Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, or hobbies you enjoy to manage stress effectively.

Limit Sweets and Fried Foods: Sweets and fried foods are an integral part of Dashain and Tihar. While it’s fine to enjoy them in moderation, try to limit their intake. Too much sugar and fried foods can adversely affect your health.

Connect with Family: Use the festive season as an opportunity to connect with your loved ones. Positive social interactions and strong relationships contribute significantly to mental and emotional well-being.

Food Safety: Be cautious about food safety. Ensure that the food you consume is prepared and stored hygienically to prevent foodborne illnesses.

Gratitude: Lastly, practice gratitude. Be thankful for the moments, the food, and the company. Positive thinking can boost your mental health and overall happiness.

Remember, a healthy Dashain and Tihar are not about strict restrictions but about balance and mindfulness. Enjoy Dashain and Tihar while also taking care of your well-being.

Sindur, How many of our religions and traditions are such that we are following them unknowingly? Why such offerings are eaten or made? Why is the mantra uttered? Why is the urn made? Why is vermilion placed in the seam? Why touch the stage?

In fact, we have been embracing these rites or traditions because our ancestors did. We think we should do what our fathers did. But why did the ancestors do such a thing? We do not inquire. In the blink of an eye, we follow the work of our forefathers. Fathers, on the other hand, did not practice such practices. It has special meanings and reasons.

Why Sindur Prasad ?

Prasad is consumed after any pooja. That is, offerings are made compulsorily while performing pooja. Often the offerings are made from fruits or pure dishes.Giving or receiving offerings is a form of gratitude. In the Gita, Lord Krishna says, ‘O man. Whatever you eat, you donate as much. You do home sacrifice, you do penance. Offer them to me first. Through the offerings, we express our gratitude to God. ‘

God means creation. Chararach Jagat. So it indicates that we should always be grateful to the creation. At the same time, it is a sign of faith in God.

Why is the mantra chanted?

While chanting the mantra, the word-power arising from it, the resolve and the force of reverence, doubles in contact with the divine consciousness pervading the space. So the inner body and the outer universe produce a wonderful flow of energy, which is perfected.

Importance of swastika in worship

The Ganesha Purana says that the swastika symbol is the form of Lord Ganesha, which has the power to remove all obstacles and evils. Acharya Yask called the swastika an indestructible Brahma. It is also considered to be the symbol of Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth.

Kalash in good deeds

According to the scriptures, the urn is a symbol of happiness, prosperity, glory and good wishes. According to the Devi Purana, the first urn is installed while worshiping Maa Bhagwati.

In fact, the human body is imagined with a clay urn. In this body-like urn there is animal-like water. Thus a lifeless body is considered inauspicious, as is an empty urn. That is why the urn is filled with milk, water, grain, etc.

Why is Sindur placed ?

Why is Sindur placed? Especially vermilion is applied on the seams of married women. It is considered to be auspicious, in the same way it also brightens the appearance. This is a sign that you are actually married. According to the anatomy, the place where the vermilion is decorated in the seam of a fortunate woman is right above the place called Bramharandha and Ahim. This heart of a woman is very tender. Vermilion is also used there for its protection.

About 2500 years ago, Vardhaman was born as the third child of father Siddhartha and mother Trishla in Kshatriya Kundalpur of Vaishali Republic (now Basadh village of Muzaffarpur district of Bihar, India). He became Mahabir Swami after Bardhaman. Mahabir Swami was the epitome of non-violence. His life was full of sacrifice and extravagance. He did not collect a single log. Born in an age when violence, animal sacrifice and caste discrimination were rampant, Mahavira taught the world the lessons of truth and non-violence.

Mahavira’s father was a follower of the 23rd Jain Tirthankar Pashrvanath (Pashrvanath was 250 years before Mahavir). It is said that when Mahavira was a child, the god Indradi took him to the Sumeru mountain to celebrate his birth. Mahavira’s childhood was spent in the palace. In his youth, he married a princess named Yashoda. She gave birth to a daughter named Priyadarshana. Mahavir’s parents died when he was 28 years old. At the request of his brother Nandivardhan, Mahavir stayed at home for two years. At the age of 30, he was initiated on the day of Margashirsha Krishna Dashami.

Mahabir

After receiving the initiation, Mahavira practiced asceticism, restraint and equality. He practiced the religion of Panch Mahavrat. He realized that the pleasures of sensuality can only be achieved by hurting others. So he treated everyone with love and taught the world the lesson of non-violence.

According to Mahabir, religion is the best welfare. Non-violence, restraint and penance are the only religion. Mahavira says, “Even the gods greet those who are pious, who always have religion in their minds.”

In his discourse, Lord Mahavira placed the greatest emphasis on religion, truth, non-violence, celibacy, abstinence and forgiveness. Sacrifice and restraint, compassion and love, modesty and virtue were the essence of his discourse. Lord Mahavira established the Chaturvidha Sangh and through it spread the holy message by visiting different regions.

Mahavira told the world the principle of Panchsheel. Panchasheel includes truth, non-acceptance, non-violence, non-violence and forgiveness. Mahabir Swami’s Panchsheel principle is true. Regarding the truth, Lord Mahavira Swami says- ‘O man! You understand the truth as the true element. The wise man obeys the truth. He swims over death.

Non-violence

Don’t use violence against all the terrifying creatures in this world (one, two, arrow, four and five senses), don’t stop them from moving forward on their own path. Have pity on them in your heart. Protect them. This is the message of non-violence given to us by Mahavira.

Non-acquisition

Abstinence means not collecting or storing anything. In this regard, Mahavira says, “A person who collects animate or inanimate things himself, collects from others or agrees to collect from others, will never be relieved of suffering.”

Celibacy

Mahavira Swami says- Brahmacharya is the root of perfect penance, rules, knowledge, philosophy, character, restraint and humility. Brahmacharya is the best of the penances. Men who do not have relations with women move towards the path of salvation.

Sorry

Regarding forgiveness, Mahabir says, “I want forgiveness from all living beings.” I have friendship with all living beings in the world. I have no enmity with anyone. I am steadfast in religion with a true heart. I apologize to all living beings for the entire crime. I forgive all the creatures for the crimes they have committed against me. ‘

Mahabir also says, “May all the sinful instincts that I have committed in my mind, all the sinful instincts that I have revealed through the Word, and all the sinful instincts that I have committed out of the body, fail.” Let all my sins be false.

Mahavira

Mahavira developed the extremes of non-violence in his lifetime. Lord Mahavira, who taught the whole world the lesson of non-violence, attained salvation at the age of seventy-two on the night of Kartik Krishna Amavasya in the city of Pavapuri. During his Nirvana, the kings of the 18 republics present celebrated Nirvana. Mahavira Swami is also called Vardhaman, Veer, Ativir and Sanmati.

Janai Purnima, According to Hindu religious scriptures, the religious and cultural festival of the Hindus, which falls on the day of Shuklapurnima in the month of July every year, is celebrated in our Hindu society with pomp and ceremony. On this holy day, one day before, one has to take a bath in the morning and take a bath and become pure. As Saun Shulkapurnia is another popular festival, it is also a day of exchanging good wishes for Raksha Bandra Bandi Raksha among relatives and brothers and sisters.

Janai Purnima
Janai Purnima

This day is celebrated as Rakshabandhan.Although there are various religious and mythological contexts of Janai Purnia and Rakshabandhan, the meaning of Rakshabandhan is remembered by the days of Janai Purnia. According to the Bhabisya Purana, the victory of Devraj Indra was inspired by the mythical statement that Guru Jupiter had prepared a defense constitution for the protection of all the deities, including Debraj Indra, who had been defeated in the battle of Satya Yuga.

Tradition is still very much for Hindus today Similarly, according to Srimad-Bhagavatam’s Mahapuran, the anxious mother Lakshmi cleverly tied the Raksha Bandhan to her brother and freed Lord Bishnu from the clutches of Danab Raj on the day of Saun Shukla Purni. It is believed that Raksha Bandhan has been practiced since that day According to another legend, Yamadutha tied the rakhi with his sister Yemuna, saying that all those who increase the rakhi of holiness on this day are freed from Yamaduta’s punishment and fear.

On this day in Nepal, all those who wear the same ones change the old ones and wear new ones Brahmins and priests, along with their nephews and nieces, invoke the sacred thread called Raksha Bandhan and go everywhere in the village to tie the Raksha Bandhan and vaccinate all the people and get money in the clouds.
On Janapurni, the windy day of Raksha Bandhan, in Nepal and India, sisters wish their brothers longevity and a healthy life. This day is also known as Rishitarpani as it is performed on the day of Purnima by purifying the daily karma and offering it in the name of the god Saptarishi and the father, including Til Joo Kush.

Gunhupunhi is celebrated in the Newar community of Kathmandu on this holy day. The fear of informing the farmers about rain and farming through their various voices has led the man-eating bells to go to Dhab on Tuesday. The trend is on. Especially on this day, in the Newar community, it is customary to soak nine vereals mixed with sprouts and eat them after sprouting and feed them to relatives.

Rituals of Hinduism, Hinduism is the major religion of Nepal. It contains sixteen sacred rites. Due to the antiquity and vastness of Hinduism, it is called ‘Sanatan Dharma’.

Like Buddhism, Jainism, Christianity, Islam, etc., Hinduism is not a religion founded by a particular person. It is a vast blend of different religions and beliefs from ancient times. According to Maharshi Veda Vyasa, sixteen different sacred rites are performed from birth to death.

 Rituals of Hinduism
Rituals of Hinduism

1. Fertilization

Regarding the conception ritual, Maharshi Charak has said that keeping the mind happy and strong is necessary for conception. For this reason, men and women should always be happy if they want to eat northern food.

At the time of conception, the minds of men and women should be full of excitement, happiness and health. In order to have the best offspring, first of all you have to perform a fertilization ritual.

Birth of Baby
Rituals of Hinduism

The offspring originates from the coincidence of parental secretions and semen. This coincidence is called conception. Physical (sexual) contact between a man and a woman is called fertilization. There are many types of natural defects that can occur after a miscarriage, and it is believed to protect the fetus.

It is mentioned in Hindu scriptures that a good and worthy child is born from a methodically conceived conception.

2. Punsavan Rites

Punsavan rites are performed three months after conception. After three months of gestation, the fetus’s brain begins to develop. At this time, the basis of the rite is prepared in the fetus by the Punsavan rite. The baby begins to learn in the womb. An example of this is Abhimanyu, who was taught Chakravyuh in the womb of his mother Draupadi.

3. Seemantonnayan rites

Semantonayan rites are performed in the fourth, sixth and eighth months of pregnancy. At this time the baby growing in the womb is getting ready to learn. In the same way, his mother behaves, behaves, and behaves in such a way that he acquires knowledge of good qualities, temperament, and deeds. In this process, it is important for the mother to study calmly and cheerfully.

4. Jatkarma

Practicing Jatkarma with the birth of a child removes any kind of defects from the baby. Under this, the baby is licked with honey and ghee. At the same time Vedic mantras are recited so that the child is healthy and long-lived.

5. Naming Ceremony

Naming ceremony is done after Jatkarma. The name is also the basis of a person’s identity. The practice of naming is also a method in Hindu scriptures. On the 11th day after the birth of the baby, naming ceremony is performed.
According to astrology, the name of a child is determined.

Many people name their baby after anything, which is wrong. It affects his mentality and his future. Just as wearing good clothes improves one’s personality, having a good and meaningful name affects one’s whole life.

Baby Feeding Ceremony

6. Niskraman

The expulsion ritual is performed in the fourteenth month of the child’s birth. Exit means to get out. Our body is made up of earth, water, fire, air and sky, which is called Panchabhuta.

That is why the father prays to these gods for the welfare of the child. They also wish the baby longevity and health.

7. Annaprashan

The feeding ritual is performed when the baby’s teeth come out, i.e. at the age of 6-7 months. After this ritual, the child is fed. In the beginning the child is fed the best kind of grains, such as kheer, khichdi, rice etc.

 Rituals of Hinduism

8. Chudakarma

The act of cutting the hair of the head for the first time is called Chuda Karma Sanskar or shaving. When the baby is one year old, then the hair of the child is shaved at the age of three or five or seven years. It is believed that this ritual strengthens the child’s head and sharpens his intellect.

It also kills germs in the baby’s hair, which helps the baby to recover. It is believed that after coming out of the womb, the hair on the child’s head is given by the parents. There is a belief that after shaving, it is removed and purified.

9. The beginning of Education

There is a difference of opinion among our teachers about the order of the rites of initiation. Some teachers are of the opinion that there should be a Vidyarambha ritual after Annaprashan, while others consider this ritual appropriate after Chuda Karma.

The baby starts talking right after eating. For this reason, the rite of initiation after eating seems appropriate. The purpose of education is to acquaint the child with the elementary level of education.

Bratabanda
Rituals of Hinduism

In ancient times, when there was a gurukula tradition, the child was taught the alphabet at home before being sent to study the Vedas. His parents and teachers used to teach him oral verses, myths, etc. so that there would be no difficulty in the gurukula.

10. Ear piercing

Ear piercing ritual means piercing the ear. There are five reasons for this, one, to wear jewelry, two, piercing the ears according to astrology stops the bad influence of Rahu and Ketu.

Similarly, third, it causes acupuncture, which improves blood flow to the veins leading to the brain. Fourth, it increases hearing and even prevents some diseases. Fifth, it is believed that it also strengthens the sexual senses.

11. Sacrificial

Yajnopavit is also called Upanayan or Janeu Sanskar. Every Hindu should perform this rite. Sub means together and Nayan means to carry.

Upanayan is the work that the Guru takes with him. This tradition continues even today. There are three sutras in the Yajna. These three deities are symbols of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. It is believed that the baby gets strength, energy and speed from this ritual. It is also believed that spirituality is awakened in the child.

13. Keshant

14. Consolidation

Samavartana samskara means to come or return again. This ritual is performed to bring the person back to the society after receiving education from the ashram or gurukula. Its purpose is to prepare the celibate person psychologically for the struggles of life.

कृण्वन्तो विश्वमार्यम meaning We make the whole world superior, civilized and cultured. In Hindu Religion, Arya means – the best, the gentleman, the best man, the man with the truth. Men who walk the right path. Now the question arises, why and how is Hinduism the best religion?

There is a lot of confusion about Hinduism. The common people are being misled by the illusions spread by the elements trying to prove themselves true. Only those who have not read the Vedas, the Upanishads and the Gita carefully and believe in the prevailing beliefs in the society or the non-religious but delusional things that seem to be religious can be misled by the sponsored delusion.

Only those who consider the local tradition as a part of Hinduism can be misled. It is not a matter of spreading such illusions but of how Hinduism is the best.

The originator of many paths: All the religions of the world are one-way, but Hinduism is a religion that has created many paths to reach the truth, to oneself, to salvation or to God. Apart from highways, he has also built many branch roads through which man can reach truth and life. The person can choose the path that he feels comfortable according to his convenience and choice. For example, the Hindu scriptures describe more than 450 meditation methods.

In addition to hundreds of other spiritual paths like Bhakti Marg, Gyan Marg, Sankhya Marg, Yoga Marg, Idolatry Marg, Monotheistic Marg, Sarveshwar Marg, Deva-Devivi Marg, Nirakara Prayer Marg, Dhyana Marg, etc., it includes Tantra, Kol, Ayurveda, Astrology and Atheism. It is also said that there is. What is amazing about Hinduism is that it considers atheism as the first step in the path of spirituality. However, Hinduism prefers the path described in the Gita. The path of the Gita is the path of the Vedas.

Great Invention:

There are some things in religion that we can say by looking or knowing that it is a religion. For this, some rules are made or activities are started through which people can join religion. For this, the sages said that people should make atonement, initiation, 16 rites and prayer halls.

In the same way, to circumambulate, to celebrate the evening by wearing unbleached white clothes, to fix the time of the evening, to call people for the evening, to ring the bell, conch, etc., to clean the defecation before prayer, to chant, to count the garlands, to fast, to go on pilgrimage, to give alms, to recite. , To serve, to preach, etc. There are hundreds of deeds that other religions have followed. What is even more astonishing is that Hinduism has included all these activities in the system of four ashrams.

Great Founder:

It is generally said that there is no founder of Hinduism. However, the answer to this question can be found in the Vedas, Upanishads and Gita. Ordinary Hindus in particular do not read the Gita, so they are ignorant of it. Even those who read do not read carefully, so those who read do not know much.

The four sages heard the Vedas.

दुदोह यज्ञससिध्यर्थमृगयुः समलक्षणम् ।। Manu (1/13)

The Paramatma who created man in the first creation etc. received the four Vedas Brahma from the four sages like Agni etc. The same Brahma received the Rig, Yaju, Sam and Atharva Vedas from Agni, Vayu, Aditya and Angira.

Lord Bishnu
Hindu Religion

Vedic religion was the first religion in the whole world. Later, the religion began to suffer. People and so-called saints created differences and people of the same religion were divided into many castes and sub-castes. These racist people did not believe in Vedas, Vedanta and God. One group called themselves followers of the Vedic religion and Arya, while the other group believed in magic and sorcery and worshiped the elements of nature. Both classes were living in confusion and mutual conflict because in a real sense they both had nothing to do with Vedic religion.

At the time of Lord Krishna, there were more than 72 such communities in the world. In such a situation, Lord Krishna united everyone and re-established the Vedic Sanatan Dharma. Lord Krishna says to Arjuna in the Gita: This knowledge from my tradition was first obtained by the Sun. Surya said to Vaivasvat Manu, after Vaivasvat Manu, this spiritual knowledge came to me through many other Brahmashirs.

Agni, Aditya, Vayu and Angira along with Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh established this religion. Mentioning successively from Shiva to Vishnu, from Vishnu to Brahma, from Brahma 11 Rudra, 11 Prajapati and Swayambhav Manu, this religion was established.

Its religious knowledge formed different branches through the seven disciples of Shiva. ‘Vedokhilam Dharmamoolam’ i.e. Veda and Manu are the roots of all religions. After Manu, many messengers came and went and spread this knowledge to the people in their own way. This knowledge, which has a tradition of more than 90,000 years, reached Krishna and Gautama Buddha. If anyone asks who is the founder of Hinduism? It can be said that Brahma is the first and Lord Krishna is the last. This includes Agni, Vayu, Aditya and Angira.

–  After the cataclysmic cataclysm in creation, Brahmaputra Manu preached religion. After receiving education from Manu, sages like Bhrigu, Marichi, Vashishta etc. taught the Vedas. Mention of its oral tradition can be seen in Manusmriti.

-According to Shatapatha Brahman, Agni, Vayu and Surya obtained Rig Veda, Yajurveda and Sama Veda by doing penance.

– Before, there was only Rig Veda. Later Yajurveda and later Samveda began. He was called Vedatrayi. According to belief, all these three knowledges were collected during the time of Pururava Rishi before the birth of Lord Rama.

– Talking about Atharva Veda, the sage Angira was the first to know about it. Later, the Atharva Veda heard from Angira was compiled by sage Atharva. From this, Hinduism was divided into two parts, one which followed the Rig Veda and the other the Atharva Veda. Thus all the four Vedas were revealed.

– In the time of Krishna, Krishna Dvaipayana, the son of Mahishir Parashar, divided the Veda into four parts. He taught these four parts to his four disciples Pail, Vaishampayan, Jamini and Sumantu. He taught Rig Veda to Pal, Yajurveda to Vaishampayan, Sama Veda to Jamini and Atharva Veda to Sumantu. As the Vedas were divided, Krishna Dvaipayana came to be called Vedavyasa.

In the Gita, God says through Krishna: I told this indestructible knowledge to Aditya, Aditya told his son Vaivasvat Manu, Vaivasvat Manu told King Ikshvaku. In this way, the Rajshirs know this yoga knowledge obtained from tradition.

– This knowledge received from God was given by Brahma to 11 Prajapati, 11 Rudra and self-formed Swayambhuva Manu and Shatarupa. Swayambhuva Manu imparted this knowledge to his sons and gradually inherited Vaivasvat Manu from Swarochish, Uttami, Tamas, Raivat, Chakshush Manu. In the end, this knowledge was received by Lord Krishna. At present, the Manvantar of the seventh Manu Vaivaswat is going on in Varaha Kalpa.

The Rig Veda contains the names of about 414 sages, of which about 30 are female sages. The sages and manus who listen and handle the Vedas in this way are the founders of Hinduism.

Theism:

Monotheism is called theism, but it is different in many ways from the Abrahamic religion. According to Hinduism, there is only one God and there is no other God like Uja. This God is called God, Spirit and the Supreme Truth. Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh are not gods. Mother Parvati’s husband Lord Shankar is also not God.

It is necessary to understand the difference between the words Brahma, Ishwar and Bhagwan in Hinduism. No god can be God. Yes, he is considered to be equal to God or the form of God. It is difficult to understand theism in Hinduism. Generally, God is considered to be the creator and our judge, but according to Hinduism, God does not do anything like that. He is created just by being and He is not the doer.

There is God and there is God. There is a difference between these two sentences. According to Hinduism, to be God. He is like the light of the sun which does not discriminate against anyone when it is illuminated. The umbrella of his light or whatever comes within the field is illuminated. In the same way, a person who knows and believes in Brahman will not be sad in any way. We should try to come out of the darkness and come to that spiritual light.

Mysterious religion:

Many kinds of research on dreams, waking and sleeping, many types of dreams are mentioned in which it is important to see the emotional, that is, what is going to happen in the future. The Hindus revealed the secret of the change of man and nature with the change of the moon, the full moon and the new moon, the secret of how the mind and the future are formed from food.

There is another mind beyond the mind, which reveals the secret that man can possess many miraculous powers. There are also three types of mind: conscious, subconscious and unconscious. Meditation and silence revealed the secret of what happens. He explained the secret of how to control the rain and how to make more oxygen.

Gods in Hinduism
Hindu Religion

The world’s first religion:

The Rig Veda is the world’s first written book, believed to have been written between 1800 and 1500 BC. Whereas the Vedas had been living through the Shruti and oral traditions for thousands of years. It was written only after the invention of the script. This was at a time when Prophet Abraham was laying the foundations of Judaism in the Arab world. Then, around 1300 BC, the prophet Moses established Judaism. Noah was before him and Adam was before him. According to researchers, the first human being originated in India and he was Swayambhuva Manu.

Shri Ram is believed to have been born in 5114 BC. Even at that time the Veda was also prevalent which is also called Shruti. It is believed that Suryavanshi Lord Rama was born in the 39th generation of Brahma. This means that this religion is believed to have been in vogue thousands of years before Rama. According to another similar research, Lord Krishna was born in the lunar dynasty. King Yadu was born in the 7th generation of Brahma and Krishna in the 59th generation.

King Yayati was born in the sixth generation of Brahma. He had five prominent sons – Puru, Yadu, Turvasu, Anu and Druhyu. This is called Panchanad in the Vedas. According to the research, the kingdom of these five sons of Yayatika ruled over the whole earth till 7200 BC, i.e. about 9200 years before today. The five established a dynasty in their own name. Yadav from Yadu, Yavan from Turvasu, Bhoj from Druhu, Mlechch from Anu and Paurav dynasty from Puru were established. All these are considered to be Chandravanshi.

Similarly, in the fourth generation of Brahma, Vaivasvat Manu was born. Vaivasvat Manuka had ten sons – Il, Ikshvaku, Kushanabh, Arishta, Dhrishta, Narishyanta, Karush, Mahabali, Shariati and Prishadha. All of these also led to genealogy. Rama was born into the Ikshvaku clan. Tirthankar Nimi of Jainism also belonged to this clan. In this clan many great majestic kings, sages, arihantas and gods became. This manu is called Noah in the Abrahamic religion. During which time there was a flood. Ikshvaku, the son of Vaivaswat Manu, established the Ikshvaku clan with Ayodhya as his capital. All of these are considered Suryavanshi.

What is noteworthy here is that when the Sun dynasty ruled the earth with power and when the victory flag of the Moon dynasty was flying. Also, in some parts of the world, the Sun dynasty and the Moon dynasty have ruled in some parts of the world.
